Way of salvation .... Way of love .... Jesus Christ ....

The path of salvation is the path that Jesus Christ travelled, the man Jesus, Who fulfilled the great mission on earth of paving the way to God, the almighty Creator of heaven and earth, for all people of the past, present and future. This mission was so significant because as a human being He had to fight against the same opposing forces as every other human being and yet He proved that it was possible to become master of them by using the right weapon.

For He did not accomplish this work as God, even though divine strength expressed itself in Him in abundance during His teaching activity; yet in order to attain this strength He had to have successfully waged this very battle as a human being. And thus He also proved that a human being could attain the full possession of divine strength and wisdom and also showed the path He Himself travelled .... the path of love which leads to union with God and thereby also to the possession of light and strength in all its fullness.

The man Jesus lived entirely in the will of God, and His entire endeavour was directed towards coming close to the Father He recognised; love for the Father filled Him and expressed itself in love for His fellow human beings, for a heart that is full of love cannot help but draw everything into the sphere of its love, because it is not capable of any other feelings that are contrary to love. Love was therefore the weapon that he used in the battle against the forces that wanted to bring him down. For love is a giver of strength, so that He could never succumb, because through love He, as it were, fought together with His heavenly Father against the enemy and therefore He had to gain the victory. No-one can resist love, after all, it is the elemental force from which everything, including God's adversary, once emerged, consequently it must be stronger than everything and also conquer the one who does not want to recognise it ....

The man Jesus walked the path of love, and this led directly to God .... So He opened it up and made it free for every human being, because everyone can now walk it with the certainty oFuereaching the goal. He alone is the path of salvation, He alone is the only path which the enemy of the soul does not tread, on which the human being is safe from all attacks, for on the path of love he is accompanied by Jesus Christ Himself, Who is a safe guide for him and carefully protects him from backsliding or deviating from the right path. Whoever follows Him walks with Him at the same time, and he must also reach his goal.

He has fought the battle with God's adversary for all people .... But He also demands of those who want to follow Him on the path of salvation that they fight against him, i.e. that they likewise use the weapon of love with which alone they can defeat him. And therefore the path of salvation is none other than the path of love for God and his neighbour, for through love the human being frees himself from the enemy of his soul, through love he gains power over him, through love he is a constant recipient of strength from God, and through love he establishes union with God, the eternal Love Himself ....

Then his soul has found healing from an evil which clung to it through sin, through the former apostasy from God, which His adversary was responsible for because he was without love. Then his soul was reunited with eternal love, for Jesus Christ Himself led it close to the original source of strength; it returned home to the Father's house as a true child of God because it had travelled the right path, the path of salvation, which He Himself had shown it ....
