Joy and suffering serve the perfection ....

Recognise the Father's love in everything, in joy as well as in suffering, and also thank Him for the latter, for it will serve you for your future joys in the spiritual kingdom. Whatever is granted to you in earthly life, it serves your soul to perfection, and often it is precisely the difficulties of life which promote its maturity, because the joys very easily entail a turning away from spiritual striving. The Father's love, however, also wants to make His children happy, which is why He also provides joy as long as the soul is not threatened by it. Yet the spiritual development of the human being is always the cause of joy and suffering.

And because of the spiritual development people's fates are also so different, but this should never make you doubt the Father's love, for earthly life is only short compared to eternity, and no matter how difficult earthly life is, it will be amply compensated for in eternity if it has enabled the person to mature on earth. The latter, however, is a person's free will and not inevitably determined by fate. What helps you to spiritual maturity first has to be evaluated by your will, and therefore suffering and joy can contribute to happiness, since both are endured earthly but can have a beneficial effect spiritually.

Whatever directs your thoughts towards the heavenly Father has been successful for the soul and demands thanks from you humans because His love considers you as your soul needs it. But if it draws you away from the spiritual and drives you back to the world, then God's favours will be wrongly evaluated, but always in free will. The Father sends you joy and suffering because His wisdom recognises what is beneficial for you and His love always applies to your eternal progress .... whatever comes upon you .... The Father's love prepares it for you, and therefore you should gratefully take everything from His hand which helped you to spiritual maturity, and you will experience His love because it helped you to perfection ....
