Vineyard work .... Submission of the will ....

Vineyard work is so versatile that all who are willing can enter into My service, for I assign the activity to everyone according to his ability and everyone will be able to carry it out, even though it requires a great deal of hard work. Yet there are only a few who are willing to work for Me, and their degree of maturity is so different that not everyone can do the same work and that I therefore train servants for Myself in order to be able to distribute the work such that it is successful for Me and My kingdom.

The vineyard work has become extremely urgent because the time of the harvest is approaching and that is why I still need many servants who want to serve Me in love. But where can I find them Serving Me is not particularly appealing to the people of this world, for there is apparently no advantage to be gained from it; moreover, this work also requires an enormous amount of self-conquest .... Man must serve, that is  he must put aside his own will and only allow the will of the Lord to prevail .... I make this demand of everyone who wants to work as My servant in My vineyard. He must completely submit himself to Me and only do what I ask of him.

Yet people are self-willed and cannot subordinate themselves, and therefore they are not suitable for a service which requires complete surrender of will. For only One works and I Am He, because I alone recognise what is good and right .... This is why My servants must submit to Me and only ever carry out My will. I do not want them to work on their own authority without having sought My instruction, I want them to listen to what I tell them and then eagerly work according to My will. Thus I want to instruct them first, only then shall they appear in My name and carry out vineyard work, that is cultivate the field, the human hearts, to receive the good seed, My divine Word, so that the harvest will be rich and I can praise My servants if they have brought in a great harvest for Me.

Anyone who wants to work for Me should accept instructions from Me, i.e. open his heart and ear so that I can speak to him. However, anyone who tackles the work without being instructed by Me will not be very successful because he is not working for Me but for himself .... He will only work for the sake of the required reward, and this will be meagre and only paid for his time on earth .... So he has probably also volunteered for the vineyard work, but has not waited to see whether I will employ him as suitable for it.

He worked because every labour yields its reward, but not out of love and loyalty to the Lord Whom he serves. And I do not assess this work as work for Me and My kingdom. I certainly pay the wages, that is, I keep My servant as long as he works for Me, but beyond that he no longer has any merit, for his wages are gone because he was only thinking of himself, but I need servants who want to serve Me out of love for Me and their neighbour, who carefully look after My vineyard and do not tolerate that anything gets lost in it, who therefore are and will remain loyal servants to Me for all eternity.

Anyone who wants to work for Me must completely submit to Me and only be the executor of My will, I must be able to take possession of him and work through him without finding resistance .... Then he is My hand which becomes active, then he works in My stead, then he is My true representative and carries out vineyard work according to My will. And then he will also be very successful, he will enlarge My kingdom, he will win many souls for Me and his work will be blessed ....
