BD 5057 8.2.1951 Heartfelt comforting words oft he Father .... You are to look up to Me in every adversity and not give yourselves over to worrying thoughts which hold you back from spiritual striving, which make you weak and fickle because it is the material world which keeps you captive, so to speak. Every earthly worry is superfluous as long as you recognise your Father in Me, to Whom you may trustingly come in all earthly adversities. You should always bear My great love in mind, you should believe yourselves to be living in this abundance of love, and you should know that there is no adversity I cannot master and that I will do whatever you ask Me to do in order to be able to serve Me without worry. I always have an open ear for your requests and needs, and I will never let you call in vain because I want you to have a living faith in order to be able to experience the strength of such faith. I want to help you and I will help you .... And if you firmly believe this, you will banish all adversity yourselves and join Me ever more intimately, which is what I want to achieve, so that you will be firm and full of strength when the time of adversity befalls you, which is inevitable for the whole of humanity. Always seek help from Me and look up to Me with trust and My help will be obvious, for I took everything from you in order to be able to give to you without restriction .... Amen |
