He who raises himself up .... Arrogance .... Honour ....

He who humbles himself shall be exalted. But anyone who allows himself to be honoured by his fellow men shall truly have a smaller reward in the beyond, for he has already received his reward. You humans are only on earth because you are still imperfect, otherwise you would have already entered the kingdom of the blessed spirits, which requires the degree of perfection. But if you are imperfect, how can you then demand honour from your fellow human beings? How can you allow yourselves to be honoured, who could not yet exist before My eyes, if I suddenly call you away from this world? ....

He who humbles himself shall be exalted .... Therefore, exaltation in My kingdom presupposes deep humility, which you should not only demonstrate to Me but also to your fellow men, which is not meant to mean subservience and cringing service. But you humans should never elevate yourselves above your fellow men. What distinguishes you in terms of spiritual gifts, talents, active mind or any other abilities you may possess, that is not your merit, but was given to you by your Creator and Father depending on your purpose on earth.

And so you must not let these gifts let you become arrogant, but only be grateful to Him Who has endowed you so richly. However, you should remain aware that your soul is still incomplete and that it alone will survive the body .... that all earthly gifts also pass away as you yourselves once pass away, and apart from your soul nothing remains that gives you the right to be arrogant. Therefore it is not fitting on earth for a man to be shown excessive honor, for those who are his brothers to bow down before him, or to lie at his feet in servitude.

It is not fitting for a man to accept honors that elevate him to the rank of king when such dominion has not been bestowed on him. Because even every earthly ruler should be considered a loving, fatherly ruler for his subjects, if he wants to win their love and not just be feared by them. Then every subject shall of his own accord testify to the honor that is due to him. But this, as earthly ruler, is placed over men through my will. But his arrogance is not a virtue either, but a weakness and a mistake in My eyes.

You humans are all equal before Me, you should be like brothers to one another, you should serve one another in love, then you will move on earth like My true children and you will remain humble-hearted .... For you should always imagine My walk on earth, how I walked amongst people with My disciples, to whom I stood by like a brother and friend and whom I also taught like a brother ....

All power was truly at my disposal, and I could have created everything for Myself, earthly wealth and honour before the world. I could have ruled like a king and claimed all honors for Myself; but I did not see the majestic, I only saw the miserable, the weak and bowed down to it; I knew no arrogance and did not seek honour and glory from men. I only gave love and also only demanded love from people. And whoever wants to follow Me should serve in love, but never want to rule in power. Only then can he be placed above great things in My kingdom when he has humbled himself on earth like Me ....
